Our domestic-grade soft play is manufactured in Europe with CE certification. Our commercial-grade soft play and inflatable equipment is manufactured in China, in accordance with the requirements of ASTM F963 – Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety. This includes applicable testing for mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and chemical composition.

Please note that while our products are built to meet ASTM F963 standards, this does not imply third-party certification unless explicitly stated. ASTM compliance is based on material and manufacturing specifications. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure products are used appropriately, in accordance with local regulations, and under proper supervision.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including limitations on quantities, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
